LEVELS OF REALITY
MONDAY, 27TH JULY, 10AM – 12 NOON (AEST)
In Process Work we understand reality to have three main levels. When working with individuals or groups we need to ascertain what levels of reality the process is in, in the moment.
Developing fluidity across the three levels of reality is a key part of Process Work training.
In this workshop, learn about the different levels of reality we work with in Process Work and how to identify them.
MONDAY, 3RD AUGUST, 10AM – 12 NOON (AEST)
Metaskills are the deep beliefs and feeling attitudes in the background of each persons way of working with processes, be it with individuals or with group.
In this workshop, learn about the concept of Metaskills and discover some of your own Metaskills and how they can be helpful in life.
PROCESS WORK IN RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships are one channel through which processes emerge and carry meaning and growth for the individuals involved.
In this workshop, learn about how we work with the relationship channel in the Process Work model through discovering the learning processes happening in your own relationships.
